In the end, you will be guided into the realm of presence - acquiring the skills to silence your thoughts and surpass the perpetual mental babble that we all face. Moreover, you will be introduced to techniques of ‘mental alchemy’ that can be incorporated into your daily routine, aiding in the manifestation of the life you have always envisioned for yourself.

Ancestral Medicine:

Day of treatment involves the utilization of scorpion venom and the ceremonial administration of Rapeh, a revered snuff renowned for its role in providing spiritual clarity in traditional medicine.

Self Development:
We’ll cover being present - a simple technique that you can be incorporated into your daily routine. The fundamental concept is that the more you remain present in the current moment, the better aligned you will be with the workings of our universe. You will also discover techniques of ‘mental alchemy’ to train your mind. By mastering these skills, you can bring to life the life you’ve always envisioned for yourself, be it success, happiness, or anything else. Rather than just wishful thinking, the key is to reprogram your mindset and take action to achieve your goals.

Day 2: Unveiling San Cristóbal’s Spirit

First thing in the morning, you will be introduced to some special breathing exercises called ‘prana kriyas’ along with a secret hand mudra. These exercises help cleanse and energize your body on a deeper level. Some people have reported having visions or intense feelings while doing these activities - it gives them an enormous boost of energy.

Following this, there will be a ceremonial application of rapé, a legal snuff made from tobacco, which has been used by indigenous tribes in the Amazon for centuries as a way to cleanse the spirit and establish a connection with the earth. Using a pipe, the concentrated rapé is blown into the nostrils, resulting in a short-lived but powerful experience. The morning’s rigorous purification will be completed by the application of kambo, which is known as one of the most potent natural purgatives in the world. Kambo, derived from the secretions of the giant monkey frog, is applied to the skin through burns, causing a powerful surge of physical and mental effects. The purpose of these effects is to eliminate toxins from the liver and negative energies. Following this profound cleansing and grounding experience, participants will be taken on a guided tour of the historical city center of San Cristóbal. This area is known for its colonial architecture, ancient churches such as the iconic Cathedral, captivating museums that display the region’s heritage, and lively local markets where you can find handmade crafts and delicious culinary treats. The eventful day will end with a satisfying dinner, followed by a peaceful bonfire gathering where participants can meditate and reflect on their meaningful morning experiences in the serene outdoors.
Ancestral Medicine:                                                                                                                              Includes the use of a second dose of scorpion venom, along with the ceremonial application of rapé and kambo.

Self Development:
Prana kriyas consist of a sequence of yogic breathing exercises and internal cleansing techniques to cleanse the subtle energy channels (nadis) within the body. By regularly practicing these kriyas, you can effectively cleanse your body of toxins and remove blockages in its energy pathways. It enhances energy, mental focus, and prepares the body for advanced meditation techniques. Symbolic hand gestures known as hand mudras are used to channel energy in specific ways. Our subconsciousness can only communicate through symbols.

Day 3: Agua Azul Immersion: Connecting with Nature, Breathwork, and Bufo Awakening

We’ll leave early to visit Agua Azul, a breathtaking natural area with vibrant blue waterfalls and pools. The plan is to have lunch at that place and then settle into our cozy cabins for the next two nights. After we finish setting up, you can go for a swim to cool off and feel refreshed. We will do the prana kriyas, the special breathing exercises I mentioned earlier, later in the afternoon. We’ll conduct another rapé ceremony to promote a sense of grounding. Tonight, we have an intense experience planned called Bufo. You’ll receive secretions from the Sonoran Desert toad that includes a potent psychedelic called 5-MeO-DMT. Just a heads up, this will take you on a mind-blowing journey for about 15 minutes. Yet, many people often perceive it as a source of profound spiritual insights and healing. Get ready for an exhilarating journey and prepare yourself! It goes without saying that you have the freedom to decide what you’re comfortable with, as everything is optional. The objective is to form a strong bond with these lands and ancient rituals.

Ancestral Medicine:
The third day of our nine-day ancestral healing journey starts with a ceremonial Rapé usage in Agua Azul, followed by final scorpion venom treatment. During the later hours of the evening, we delve deeply into the transformative experience of Bufo.

Self Development:
We’ll incorporate powerful experiences like Bufo using the “Compassion Guide”, techniques of mental alchemy, and cultivating mindfulness. Effective integration is crucial - without it, reality-shifting experiences can result in prolonged emotional turbulence for certain people. Instead of causing confusion, these modalities enable the processing of insights, the reframing of perspectives, and grounded self-development. Our objective is to give you the tools to mindfully metabolize and extract wisdom from sacred plant journeys in a sustainable manner.

Day 4: Experience tranquility at Agua Azul Serenity: Kriyas, Trails, and Changa Night

We’ll start the day early with the special prana kriya breathing exercises. Following that, we’ll hold another rapé ceremony for grounding. Now it’s time for a satisfying breakfast to energize. You have the entire morning to relax in whatever way you desire. You have the option to swim, journal, or relax. The objective is to incorporate everything from the previous days at a pace that suits you. Once we’ve had a satisfying meal, we’ll embark on a pleasant nature hike along one of the nearby paths. Remember to have cash on hand for purchasing artisan crafts or goods at the shops. In the evening, we have another shamanic ceremony planned - it’s called “changa.” Many people say it produces intense visions and expands consciousness. After that, we will move on to a meditation initiation known as “black sun” to aid in purging the ego and symbolic rebirth. As always, it’s up to you to decide what you’re comfortable with.

Ancestral Medicine:
Today we’ll be working with a few different plant medicines from ancestral traditions. We’ll start with another rapé ceremony. After that, we have the changa medicine lined up. Changa is a shamanic herb containing DMT and other compounds that can trigger intense visions and an expansive state of consciousness. The goal is to shift our mindset from the reptilian brain to the present moment, while also eliminating obstacles in our spiritual journey. Make sure you are prepared mentally for that powerful experience. You will also be given the choice to receive mapacho eye drops containing concentrated tobacco juice. This aids in the decalcification and purification of the pineal gland, also known as the “third eye” chakra. The drops may cause discomfort and a stinging feeling, but many people experience improved visual perception afterward. Throughout the day, you’ll also have the option to micro-dose some other ancestral plant medicines in very low quantities. This may include subtle doses of mushrooms and mapacho drops. The micro-dosing can provide a gentle boost of energy, focus, and awareness.

Self Development:
The Black Sun Meditation is a powerful practice that helps with shadow work and purging negative thoughts through visualization, and other techniques. The “black sun” is a symbol that shows a black circle with rays spreading out. It represents the hidden or ignored dark parts within ourselves that the ego doesn’t acknowledge. While meditating, you will vividly imagine and symbolically focus on this black sun. The concept is to acknowledge and accept your shadow self - the suppressed thoughts, emotions, traumas, and rejected aspects of your mind. Holding the black sun’s gaze can bring forth challenging thoughts and feelings from your deepest self. Nevertheless, this practice extends further than simply integrating the shadow. The purpose is to eliminate and destroy the ego by immersing oneself in the dark depths within. The goal of this alchemical process is to dissolve the created identity and reveal your authentic nature. Once the ego is symbolically burned, the meditation helps you reconnect and emerge from this “ego death” rooted in your authentic heart. Symbolically, you experience a rebirth by shedding inauthentic layers of identity. The main goal is to awaken your subconscious mind, turning the inner darkness into a sky full of illuminated awareness, where your true radiant nature shines without any shadows. Engaging in shadow integration and purging the ego can be an extremely intense psychological and emotional process. However, those who wholeheartedly dedicate themselves often consider it as one of the most transformative practices for attaining true self-awareness, completeness, and spiritual renewal.

Day 5: Discovering the Magnificent Remains of Palenque

After breakfast, we’ll set off this morning to visit Palenque, one of the most famous ancient cities of the Maya world in Chiapas. Over 1,200 years ago, this UNESCO World Heritage site functioned as a significant ceremonial center during the peak of Maya civilization’s Classic period. Palenque’s ruins, initially called Otulún or “fenced place” by locals, remained concealed for many years until Spanish explorers uncovered them in the 18th century. Once we arrive, an experienced guide will take us on an enchanting tour of the ancient city’s plazas, temples, and beautifully crafted monuments. One notable feature is the renowned Temple of Inscriptions, housing the grand burial site of Palenque’s esteemed leader, Pacal the Great. Once we finish exploring the impressive architectural and artistic treasures of this sophisticated Maya civilization, we’ll pause for a delightful lunch from the local cuisine. After that, you can relax with a swim at the breathtaking Roberto Barrios waterfalls and pools near Palenque’s ruins, surrounded by lush jungle.
